I believe that you should always feel comfortable with where your dog is staying and who is caring for your dog.

I believe that there should be one set price. No extra charges or up charges for handing out medications, giving your dog a treat/bone/toy, fun yard time or leash walking. All of these are included in the boarding prices listed.

I believe that each and every dog should look forward to coming back and visiting with us, as well as their owners.

I strive to build a loving bond with each and every guest.

Let me introduce myself. I am Heather Powers, owner, sole caretaker and your dog's personal concierge.

Willow Haven K9 Retreat has been serving the Upstate of South Carolina area for the last 12 years.

I am truly living my dream.

I know that there are many choices for boarding, and I am grateful and extremely thankful when owners allow me to care for their furry family members.
